When you try to flip the pages, you can hear the motor whirring but the pages usually dont move. Occasionally it will flip a page down but will never lift one up. I purchased a new title page motor but now that I have it, I am at a loss as to how to remove the old one. But more likely the motor is slipping the pinion gear, or other gearbox or drive related issues. This system has to be timed correctly and it is easy to get one side out of allinment with the other. This will result in uneven lifting of the pages, and binding and or breaking of teeth on the gears. Its a shit of a mechanism, do yourself a favour and get a manual and have a good read so you understand the procedure.
